The Thunderbird Alumni Relations Office is now accepting nominations for the following six awards to recognize and honor alumni who are making an impact within their industries around the globe and at Thunderbird. The awards are presented each year during Homecoming.
Rising Star Award
Rising Star Award recognizes a graduate who is fewer than 10 years out of school, but is making great strides in his or her career.
Career Achievement Award
Career Achievement Award recognizes a graduate who has excelled in his or her chosen career.
Alumni Volunteer Award
Alumni Volunteer Award recognizes a graduate who has given his or her time to support Thunderbird, including Chapter or Council leadership, speaking engagements, offering advice to students or other alumni, recruiting, fundraising or organizing events.
Global Citizenship Award
Global Citizenship Award recognizes a graduate who is dedicated to the creation of sustainable economic and social value worldwide.
Alumni Chapter Leader Award
Alumni Chapter Leader Award recognizes a graduate who has demonstrated outstanding efforts in increasing engagement, participating in fundraising and fostering the Thunderbird Alumni Network
Jonas Mayer Outstanding Alumnus Award
Jonas Mayer Outstanding Alumnus Award is the highest honor that Thunderbird bestows upon a T-bird. The award recognizes a graduate who demonstrates the ultimate in professional achievement, civic service and Thunderbird activity.
