Chapter events

Many Thunderbird Alumni Network chapters host monthly social hours in cities around the world, usually held on the first Tuesday of each month. In addition to First Tuesdays, chapter events include a variety of social, recreational, cultural and community service events that build social connections among alumni and provide you with opportunities for unique entertainment.

2015 ThunderCruise

Book your travel now for a Thunderbird alumni reunion at sea Feb. 14-19, 2015. Alumni and their guests will embark on a five-night cruise from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Belize City, Belize and then Cozumel, Mexico, on Royal Caribbean’s world-class Liberty of the Seas. The event is a school-sponsored “off-shore homecoming” organized by a group of alumni that vows to create an extraordinary experience for the school’s biggest asset — it’s alumni community.

    The GMI is the premier assessment tool developed by Najafi Global Mindset Institute to help determine a global leader?s ability to be better prepared for the opportunities, risks and challenges that come from working with the cultures of a globalized business market.

    GMI Certified Facilitators Program participants will gain a thorough understanding of the Global Mindset Inventory survey, be able to administer the survey to others, and facilitate feedback sessions and present guidelines on how to interpret one?s own GMI score.
